The location was great (i loved being so central). the staff were polite when i needed something. breakfast had good options. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.
the room was smaller than i expected from the pictures. there was some noise from the street due to the nearby tram line. also, i only received one access card, a bit inconvenient.

Fantastic Stay in Prime Location!

The location is unbeatable, I could easily walk to major attractions. The staff were super friendly. They even helped me book a table at a fancy restaurant. Breakfast had a huge variety. I enjoyed fresh honeycomb every morning. The hotel took care of our luggage. I didn't carry anything myself upon arrival.
The street outside can be a bit busy. The tram line runs right by the hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near the T1 tram line. It provided quick access to many popular sites. Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace are also within easy walking distance. Many restaurants offer a range of cuisines nearby.

The room had comfortable beds that ensured restful sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I really appreciated the well-equipped setup. The blackout curtains created a dark environment for better sleep, a small detail , made a big difference.

Personal was very nice and cute. They helped us with our requests. The location was really great. I could walk to many major attractions and explore the city easy.
There was a terrible sewage smell in our rooms. I found some dirty moldy spots in the bathroom. The card sometimes not worked for the room.
